Presentation Guidelines

Congratulations on the acceptance of your abstract for an “Oral Presentation”.
Your Oral Presentation will be scheduled as part of the YINC 2026 scientific program.
Please read the guidelines below carefully and prepare your presentation materials accordingly.

Presentation Material Submission for Abstract Book

To include your presentation material in the YINC 2026 Abstract Book,
we kindly ask you to submit your presentation slides in advance by the deadline below.
The submitted file will be used for inclusion in the YINC 2026 Abstract Book only.

Submission Guidelines

  • Presentation materials may be submitted in PowerPoint (.ppt / .pptx) or PDF (.pdf) format.
  • If submitting a PowerPoint file, please make sure that all fonts are embedded.
  • All materials must be prepared in 16:9 slide format.
  • Slides must be written in English.
  • If needed, please use the official YINC 2026 Oral Presentation Template provided below.
Presentation Material Submission Deadline : June 30 (Tue), 2026 (KST)
Please submit your presentation file by clicking the “Go to Submission” button below.
File Name Format: Abstract No_Presenter Name (Oral)
Example: ABST-000133_Gil-Dong Hong (Oral)

On-site Presentation Slide Submission

For your live presentation at the conference,
please submit the presentation file you will actually use onsite at the Preview Room.

Presentation Information

Each presenter will be allocated 15 minutes for presentation, followed by 5 minutes for discussion.

On-site Submission Instructions

  • Presentation files for onsite use may be submitted in PowerPoint (.ppt / .pptx) or PDF (.pdf) format.
  • If submitting a PowerPoint file, please make sure that all fonts are embedded.
  • All presentation files must be prepared in 16:9 slide format.
  • Please bring your final presentation file on a USB drive.
  • All invited speakers are requested to visit the Preview Room at least 1 hour before their scheduled session to upload and review their presentation file.
  • Please note that advance submission of presentation files for onsite presentation is not available. All presentation files must be submitted directly at the Preview Room onsite.
  • The use of personal laptops during the presentation is not permitted.
  • Please check your file carefully at the Preview Room to ensure that fonts, videos, and layout display correctly.

Preview Room

All presenters should come up to “Preview Room” at least 1 hour before their presentations to upload and check their PPT files.

Registration

All Presenters must register by the end of the Pre-registration date.
If presenters do not register by deadline of pre-registration or on-site, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.

July 15 (Wed), 2026

* On-site registration will not be available. Please complete your registration during the advance registration period.

Withdraw

The abstract withdrawal period has ended.
If you need to withdraw your abstract due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact the YINC 2026 Secretariat (secretariat.yinc@innon.co.kr).

Please note that withdrawn abstracts cannot be removed from the abstract list and will be marked as “withdrawn.”

Your poster will be displayed at the YINC 2026 conference venue, and you will be invited to give a Rapid Poster Presentation onsite.
Please read the guidelines below carefully and prepare your poster file accordingly.

Basic Rules of Presentation

Presentation Date & Time: August 20 (Thu), 12:40–13:20
Venue: Lobby between Global Lounge and Yonsei Co-op

Presentation Format

Each presenter will be allocated up to 4 minutes for presentation.
* Separate Q&A will not be conducted after each presentation.

Outstanding Poster Award

Please note that presenters in this session will be eligible for the Outstanding Poster Award.

Attendance Requirement

The submitted poster file will be displayed during the session, and each presenter will be invited to give a brief 4-minute introduction onsite.

Guidelines for Presentation Material Submission

  • The submitted poster file will be used for both display and presentation during the session.
  • No modifications, revisions, or file replacements will be permitted after the submission deadline.
  • Please carefully review your poster file before submission, as no further changes will be accepted after the deadline.

  • It is a one (1) page limit for the E-Poster File.
  • All contents should be included in ONE slide.
  • It is recommended to use Structured format provided below.
    • Clinical/experimental contents: Background/ Methods/ Results/ Discussion/ Conclusion
    • Case report: Introduction/ Case report/ Discussion/ Conclusion
  • Create contents of your E-Poster File in the following format.
    • Font : Calibri
    • Font Size : Minimum 20pt
    • File Size : Maximum 20MB
  • Any video and audio should not be allowed.
  • It must be submitted by MS-Power Point format ONLY.
  • It must be written by English.
  • Presenters should use official YINC 2026 Poster Template.

※ Poster file must strictly adhere to the given size format.
If your poster file does not match our specified size, your poster may not be displayed accurately.

Registration
